Greg Marmulak is a startup-minded SaaS leader who has spent the past 10 years helping build and grow companies including InventoryWorx, Parksie, EverArk, and MixShift. He's known for bringing structure to fast-moving environments and helping businesses turn strategy into traction.
Earlier in his career, Greg led PlanningEdge as CEO, helped scale Contivio.com as COO, and worked closely with customers and operations teams at JustEnough Software. He has also advised more than 45 Fortune 500 companies through work with IBM, GAINSystems, and Logility.
At InventoryWorx, much of our work involved helping companies make sense of their existing software, replace it with another solution, and then relearn processes they had already been doing. We wanted to build a different kind of software, one that companies could adopt and continue to grow with over time, while still being intuitive and user-friendly enough for people to navigate confidently and use correctly without frustration. Too often, that frustration and loss of confidence is exactly what drives businesses to start searching for another solution.
His implementation portfolio includes Abercrombie & Fitch, Levi Strauss, Estée Lauder, Chanel, Kenneth Cole, Li & Fung, and Bealls. Rod has managed teams across Quality Assurance, Customer Support, Infrastructure, and Implementation Services.
Previously VP of Services & Technical Engineering at JustEnough/Mi9, and VP of Services & Operations at PlanningEdge, Rod brings deep operational expertise to every aspect of ForecastWorx's product design and customer experience.
Rod is originally from South Africa, where he completed his university education in Information Systems, Marketing, and Accounting.

From InventoryWorx to ForecastWorx
Before ForecastWorx, Greg and Rod co-founded InventoryWorx — a consulting firm that helped enterprises optimize their planning and inventory operations. Over years of implementing, fixing, and rethinking legacy planning systems for Fortune 500 brands, one pattern kept emerging: the tools were the bottleneck.
Spreadsheets couldn't scale. Legacy software couldn't adapt. Planners were spending 80% of their time wrestling with data and 20% actually planning. Greg and Rod knew there had to be a better way — and AI was the answer.
